In the solitude of the garden studio and between the day job and family life, Harry began making clothes. As a gardener, he understood the need for hard wearing and functional workwear, and wanted clothing that reflected this alongside his personal sense of style. Without any prior experience he took to the sowing machine, learning the basics at first but soon was experimenting with fit, range of motion, silhouette and detailing. What started as a personal need for quality garments soon blossomed into a family run business. Now working alongside experienced pattern cutters and manufacturers, some of those early garments have been meticulously refined to create beautiful and functional workwear.
